排油注氮灭火系统的组成

排油注氮系统主要包括排油系统、断流系统、注氮系统和控制系统四部份。
The oil and nitrogen injection system mainly consists of four parts: the oil drain system, the cut-off system, the nitrogen injection system and the control system.
排油系统
Oil discharge system
排油系统包括排油管路、排油阀、排油机构、排油视窗等主部件。排油管路的一端连接在变压器上部，另一端接入变压器事故油池。当变压器发生火灾或爆炸危险时，排油系统开启，部份变压器油通过排油管路排出，起泄压作用。
The oil drain system includes main parts such as oil drain line, oil drain valve, oil drain mechanism, oil drain window and so on. One end of the oil drain line is connected to the upper part of the transformer, and the other end is connected to the transformer accident oil pool. When the transformer is in danger of fire or explosion, the oil discharge system is opened, and some transformer oil is discharged through the oil drain line, which plays a role of pressure relief.
排油阀安装在排油管路上，用于隔离密封变压器油，是排油系统的控制阀门。
The oil drain valve is installed on the oil drain line, used for isolating the sealing transformer oil, and is the control valve of the oil drain system.
排油机构包括重锤、启动杆和电磁脱扣机构，当电磁脱扣机构接到控制中心指令时脱扣，重锤下落，重锤带动启动杆开启排油阀。
The oil discharge mechanism includes the heavy hammer, the start rod and the electromagnetic release mechanism. When the electromagnetic release mechanism is connected to the control center instruction, the heavy hammer falls, and the heavy hammer drives the starting rod to open the oil discharge valve.
排油视窗安装在排油管路上，用于观测排油和漏油情况。
The oil drain window is installed on the oil drain line to observe the oil drain and oil leakage.
断流系统
Disconnection system
断流系统由断流阀构成，安装在变压器油枕和油箱之间的连接管路上，断流阀平时处于开启状态，当流过阀体的流量达到额定值时自动关闭。当排油注氮系统排油时，断流阀自动切断油枕与油箱之间的油流，防止“火上浇油”。
The flow break system is made up of a disconnecting valve, which is installed on the connection line between the oil pillow and the oil tank. The break valve is normally in the open state and automatically closes when the flow of flow over the body reaches the rated value. When the oil drain and nitrogen injection system is discharged, the stop valve automatically cuts off the oil flow between the oil pillow and the fuel tank, so as not to "fuel the fire".
断流阀上设置有保险机构，当保险机构处于“锁止”状态时，断流阀保持强制开启，只有当保险机构“解除锁止”时，断流阀才恢复自动断流功能，当流过阀体的流量达到额定值时自动关闭。
There is an insurance mechanism on the break valve. When the insurance mechanism is in the "lock" state, the break valve is kept open. Only when the insurance mechanism "relieves the lock", the discontinuous valve can recover the automatic disconnection function and automatically shut down when the flow of the body flows to the rated value.
