The kitchen conditions suitable for hotels, restaurants, organs, schools, enterprises and institutions and other public buildings meet the following standards:
①设在地下建筑内的厨房；②建筑面积≥500m2的超市内或与之毗邻的厨房；③高层建筑内，餐厅面积≥100m2的厨房；④单、多层建筑内，餐厅面积≥200m2的厨房。
