1、检查氮气瓶压力是否正常。从运行经验上看，氮气压力低是常见的事件，需要及时通知检修人员补充或更换氮气瓶。

2、检查管路、阀门（排油阀、检修阀、单向阀）有无渗漏。

3、非紧急情况下，严禁按下【“手动”和“手动确认”】、【“紧急启动”和“紧急启动确认”】按钮！

4、装置运行时，排油阀、氮气释放阀锁定铜销必须取下！否则无法电气启动装置，贻误火情！

5、装置退出时，检修阀必须关上，排油阀、氮气释放阀锁定铜销插上，将控制柜和消防柜电源断开。
