| 现场变压器油检验合格后对于充氮运输变压器要进行抽真空排氮操作，为初次注油做准备。 After the field transformer oil inspection is qualified, the nitrogen-filled transport transformer should be vacuum-pumped and nitrogen-removed to prepare for the initial oil injection. 抽真空合格后可开始初次注油工作：先以不大于100L/min的速率注变压器油至变压器本体上画好的初次真空注油高度，使变压器油注到刚好没过铁芯，保证在安装附件过程中尽量避免内部设备受潮；之后滤油机抽真空并加热滤油，油温控制到50～60℃内。注油到位后停止注油，保持4h，封闭注油阀。 After qualified vacuum pumping, the initial oil injection can be started: first, the transformer oil is injected to the initial vacuum oil injection height painted on the transformer body at a rate not more than 100L/min, so that the transformer oil is injected into the core, which ensures that the internal equipment is not damped during the installation of accessories; then the oil filter pumps vacuum and heats the oil filter. Oil temperature is controlled to 50-60 C. Stop oil injection after oil injection is in place, keep it for 4 hours, and close the oil injection valve. 在变压器完全安装后再次抽真空注油到最终油位。 After the transformer is fully installed, vacuum oil is pumped again to the final oil level. |
