| 灭火器筒体烘干操作规程 Operating procedures for drying of fire extinguisher cylinder 3.1 除水基型灭火器外，其他灭火器(包括手提式和推车式)的筒体在做完水压试验合格后，都必须烘干。 3.1 except for water-based extinguishers, the cylinders of other extinguishers (including portable and wheeled) must be dried after passing the hydrostatic test. 3.2 接通220V电源，打开电源开关，检查风机运转状态，喷气管上应有气体排出。 3.2 turn on the 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, check the operation state of the fan, and exhaust the gas on the air jet pipe. 3.3 将试压合格并清洗后的灭火器筒体滴干水点，倒置于喷气管上。 3.3 put the qualified fire extinguisher cylinder after pressure test and cleaning into the air-jet pipe. 3.4 调节调整垫，使得烘干容器的底部有≥20mm的空间。 3.4 adjust the adjusting pad so that there is no less than 20 mm space at the bottom of the drying container. 3.5 根据不同规格的灭火器作以下调整： 3.5 make the following adjustments according to different specifications of fire extinguishers: 3.5.1 调整加热时间调节器，确定烘干时间。（如：4Kg的灭火器可调整时间为8分钟）。 3.5.1 adjust the heating time regulator to determine the drying time. (for example, the adjustable time of 4kg fire extinguisher is 8 minutes). 3.5.2 调整温控调节仪，确定温升界限。（如：4Kg的灭火器烘干温度可调整到90℃）温控调节仪在调整温度时不得超过100℃。 3.5.2 adjust the temperature controller to determine the temperature rise limit. (for example, the drying temperature of 4kg fire extinguisher can be adjusted to 90 ℃) the temperature controller shall not exceed 100 ℃ when adjusting the temperature. 3.6 烘干时，当烘干自动送风后，出风口温度较高，应注意烫伤。 3.6 when drying, when the air supply is automatic, the air outlet temperature is high, and scald should be paid attention to. 3.7 取下已烘干的灭火器容器筒体后，再转入上述程序烘干全部灭火器容器。 3.7 remove the dried fire extinguisher container, and then transfer to the above procedure to dry all fire extinguisher containers. 3.8 关闭电源开关。 3.8 turn off the power switch. 3.9 擦干烘干机台面，将接水盒的水定期清理。 3.9 dry the drying machine table and clean the water in the water box regularly. |
